Pack Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unwashed condition.
Print and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
